1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of optipureresearch.com (and any domain that redirects to it, including optipurepeptides.com) (the “Site”) and any products purchased through it. The Site is operated by OptiPure Peptides LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as OptiPure Research (“OptiPure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be a licensed researcher, laboratory professional, educational institution, or otherwise professionally qualified to handle research chemicals.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not be prohibited from purchasing our products under any applicable law.


By placing an order, you certify that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, verify eligibility, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE FOR LABORATORY AND RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION. NOT FOR USE IN FOOD, COSMETICS, DRUGS, OR DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS.

Our products:

  • Are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use.
  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Have not been evaluated for safety, purity, or efficacy for human use.
  • Must be handled by qualified persons in appropriate laboratory environments using proper safety equipment.
    You expressly acknowledge that misuse of our products — including but not limited to human ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application — is strictly prohibited and may be dangerous or illegal. You assume all risk associated with your purchase, possession, handling, and use of the products.

4. Buyer Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing from OptiPure, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, handling, transport, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any person or entity that intends to use them for human or veterinary purposes.
  • You will store, handle, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards.
  • You assume all risk of loss, injury, damage, or liability arising from your possession or use of the products.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may not be exhaustive.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing errors even after payment.
  • Products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Orders, Payment & Order Acceptance

  • Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance.
  • We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to require additional verification before accepting an order (including age verification, research-use acknowledgment, and identity verification).
  • Order acceptance occurs when we ship the product, not when payment is received.
  • The descriptor on your card or bank statement will appear as “OPTIPURE RESEARCH” or similar.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We ship within the continental United States only.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, code, and Certificates of Analysis — is the property of OptiPure Peptides LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
“OptiPure Research” and “OptiPure Peptides” are trademarks of OptiPure Peptides LLC.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or research qualifications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other user accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without prior written consent.
  • Post or transmit fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiPure disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty regarding the safety, purity, or effect of the products for any use other than laboratory research.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIPURE, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OptiPure Peptides LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use, misuse, or resale of the products; (c) your violation of any law; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Binding Arbitration: Except for claims for injunctive relief, any dispute between you and OptiPure shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming (or by video where feasible).

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute shall be brought on an individual basis only. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel orders, and refuse future service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

17. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Compliance page, constitute the entire agreement between you and OptiPure regarding your use of the Site.
